Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Klipa (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Klipa turns text prompts into short vertical videos using third-party AI and media providers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time, especially during this early/beta period.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Credits and billing
Each video render consumes credits from your account. New accounts receive a starting credit balance. Paid plans, where offered, grant additional credits. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that violates anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its providers.
- Do not use the Service to produce misinformation or impersonate real people without consent.
5. Your content and ownership
You retain rights to the prompts you submit and, subject to these Terms and the underlying providers' terms, to the videos you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and any third-party licenses (including stock footage terms).
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including OpenAI, Pexels, and Groq). Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or output.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klipa is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
